1. Data We Collect
Account data: the name, email address and billing details you provide when you sign up.
Content data: the player, contract, schedule and cost records you create inside BD1.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Data
We process your data to provide the service, take payment, support you, and keep the platform secure.
The legal bases we rely on are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and your consent where it is required.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to build advertising profiles.
3. Data Retention
Account and content data is kept for as long as your subscription is active.
After you close your account, data is retained for a limited grace period so you can export it, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Some records, such as invoices, are held longer where accounting law requires it.
4. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You may also object to or restrict certain processing, and request a portable copy of the data you provided.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the session. These cannot be switched off.
Fonts are self-hosted, so loading the site does not send your IP address to a third-party font provider.
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for consent first.
6. Contact
Privacy questions and data subject requests can be sent to the address published on our website.
We will respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
