Terms of Service

By creating a BD1 account or using the service you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

BD1 is provided for professional use by football agents and their staff. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You may not resell, reverse engineer or use the service to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Account credentials are personal. Keep them confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.

BD1 is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are stated exclusive of any applicable VAT.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

You retain ownership of the data you put into BD1. We process it only to provide and improve the service.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may close your account at any time from within the app. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.

On termination we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BD1 is established.
